Authentication of billions of users to the increasing number of services provided on-line has created both a costly complexity and a target for fraudsters with very high risks. The migration from “user-name and password” access to biometrics is a step towards addressing both but is not enough. Multiple factors securely captured, stored and combined, through AI, provide the most secure authentication method. Continuous authentication based on behavioural data, guarantees that the user accessing securely a service is the same one during the online session. In this way security is maximized, privacy is safeguarded, user interaction is seamless and the costs are drastically reduced. In front of the new era of the fourth industrial revolution building and consolidating trust is a prerequisite. The protection of the infrastructure and of the increasing number of users of the rapidly growing number of services like education, health, financial services, business collaboration and others is of paramount importance. Although a new and innovative solution, behavioural authentication is tested and adopted on a world scale.
