ROS (Robot Operating System) became the industry standard for robotics software development, it is used to program autonomous cars, drones, industrial arms, and personal robots for our homes. It is also wide spread in robotics research around the world.
In this workshop we will see an overview of it’s features, how to create your first ROS program using python, and a demonstration on a simulated and a real-world robot.

Deep Learning has allowed us to achieve impossible feats.
However, we are trading explainability for performance. In critical fields like Medicine or Insurance, we can’t blindly rely on AI yet unless we find a way to explain how our models decided.
That’s what’s called XAI, or Explainable AI, and we’ll take a look at that together.
